Website Updates:

16-Feb - Added mouseover floaty thing to the Map Key.
- Added guide to Traffic Icons
12-Feb - Added more Twitter accounts for M1, M6, M180 and A180
- Added Twitter logo link for roads with accounts.
11-Feb - Added shorthand to messages sent to Twitter, so more information is displayed in the tweet.
- Moved from Base32 to Base36 for packing Lat/Lng (breaks older shortlinks)
- Routed Twitter links through http://lk8.me (locate me) to save another 12 characters.
10-Feb - Added this page
- Implemented tweeting, currently testing on M25 only.
